To better serve YOU, Sawyer Bailey Salon requires a 12 hour cancellation notice on ALL services. Please note that all clients who are over 15 minutes late will have to reschedule. Please know that this policy is our best effort in ensuring the best service and treatment possible for our new clients, as well as our established clients. Thank you for your cooperation!

 

New Tipping Policy: Please note that we do NOT allow tipping on CREDIT CARDS! We apologize for this inconvenience, but we do accept cash tips as well as checks!

 

NEW CREDIT CARD POLICY: For all new clients, we do require a credit card to hold the appointment. The credit card is safe and secure. If a client schedules and does not show up a fee of 30% of the services rendered for that appointment will be applied to the credit card on file!

 

REFUND Policy: NO cash refunds on services and product exchange only!
